I found the article by Marc Prensky to be relatively informative and quite interesting.
What caused me to express my amusement is when the kindergartener indicated that he needed to visit www.hungry.com. "How funny." I agree with his position when he writes that "Today's teacher have to communicate in the language and style of their students." Accoding to Prensky this does not necessarily mean doing away with content, but having less step-by-step instruction...and as an aspiring educator one of my many teaching goals is to do exactly that.
